Reference:

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for our Celle branch as soon as possible for our Sanitation Technology department.

Your responsibilities:

· Project management of restoration work for water and fire damage
· Conducting damage assessment, evaluation, and acceptance
· Coordination of our sanitation specialists and subcontractors
· Scheduling work on construction sites
· Monitoring and documenting progress of work to be carried out

What we expect from you:

· Completed vocational training with a focus on craftsmanship and/or technology, preferably in the construction industry
· Practical experience in construction management
· Basic knowledge of construction cost calculation
· Pragmatic approach to changing requirements
· Teamwork and service orientation
· Proficient in MS Office products
