We are currently looking for a Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at our locations in Augsburg, Frankfurt (Main), Hanau, or Karlsruhe, starting as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:

  • You ensure the availability of production and office space for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH, in line with demand and quality standards.
  • This includes preparing, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of all locationrelated measures, with a special focus on the Augsburg location.
  • You are responsible for the timely and highquality implementation of construction projects and individual measures.
  • You act as the client for construction projects, especially during technical acceptance and invoice verification, as well as for economic and technical optimization of the location.
  • Tendering, awarding contracts, and monitoring projects and individual measures are also part of your responsibilities.
  • You also develop concepts for optimizing operating costs and considering sustainability, safety, and environmental aspects for specific properties.
  • You ensure compliance with building physics and technical standards, safety regulations, and requirements from authorities
