    Description
    PrideStaff is looking for a Human Resource Manager for a growing food manufacture
    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with companies values and business objectives.
    • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, to attract top talent to the organization.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
    • Design and deliver training programs on topics such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
    • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries and issues.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and work with managers to identify opportunities for employee growth and development.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
    • Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance at all times.
    • Handle employee grievances and conduct thorough investigations when necessary, striving to resolve issues in a fair and timely manner.
    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's growth and expansion plans.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 35 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably in a startup or fastpaced environment.
    • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport at all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
    • SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
