    We have an immediate full-time opening for a driven Physical Therapy Assistant at our San Jose California location.

Locally, we serve Bay Area athletes and clients to help them stay active, improve their movement, and enhance their sports performance, also serving as the biomechanics specialists for the San Jose Earthquakes Pro Soccer Team.

    Position Overview:

    As a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting our licensed physical therapists in delivering top-notch care to our patients. Your expertise and compassion will contribute to improving the lives of individuals recovering from injuries or looking to improve their sports performance. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in the field of physical therapy while working alongside a supportive and dedicated team.

    Plus, you'll get to use innovative and fun biofeedback technology to enhance the client experience and drive clinical outcomes.

    We are a cash-based clinic which means you'll be able to utilize your full skillset without the constraints of insurance.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Compensation: $70,000 to $90,000
    • Retirement with 3% company matching
    • Medical insurance stipend
    • 2 weeks PTO plus clinic shutdown Dec 25th-Jan 1st
    • Holiday Pay
    • Yearly continuing education stipend

    Position Details:

    • 40 hours per week
    • Dedicated 1:1 weekly mentorship from a clinical director.
    • Ability to work in an environment that values creativity and new ideas, and encourages the growth and development of its team members.
    • Minimal paperwork.
    • 60-minute treatments with 9 maximum clients per day
    • Fun, energetic, and family-oriented work environment.
    • Work with motivated athletes and patients who are actively invested in their outcomes.
    • Work with high-tech biofeedback and motion analysis equipment.
    • Over 100 hours of dedicated professional development time per week

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist licensed physical therapists in implementing treatment plans and interventions
    • Support patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities
    • Observe and document patient progress, providing regular updates to the therapist
    • Educate patients and their families on exercises and home routines
    • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and research

    Qualifications:

    • Graduation from an accredited physical therapy assistant program
    • Current CA state licensure
    • Minimum 2 years of clinical practice in a sports orthopedic setting
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
    • Continuous desire for professional growth and learning
