- Monitor and escalate customer trends and new issues within the organization for awareness and resolution.
- Use customer expertise and awareness skillsets to brainstorm and lead resolution in service recovery efforts to communicate with our customers and restore trust.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead enterprise customer-centric projects from creation to final delivery ensuring customer satisfaction, team member expectations, and accountability for the deliverables.
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and tracking of these projects, ensuring understanding of organizational goals. What You Bring
- 5 plus years experience
- 3-5 years working in Customer Experience related field
- Bachelor's Degree in business or finance, or related work experience

The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Customer Experience, the Senior Customer Experience Partner will help to transform the experience by leading important priorities for the business. You will work with teams from multiple parts of the organization to deliver the best moments and an enhanced customer experience. You will help deliver exceptional customer service by resolving problems, implementing projects, conducting reporting, and building customer relationships.
