Plan Administration Pension Analyst

Summary:

Duncan Financial Group is in search of a Pension Analyst to become part of our Plan Administration team. Operating for three decades, the Third-Party Administration division of Duncan Financial Group specializes in designing and managing qualified retirement plans. We are currently looking for an experienced 401(k) Administrator to join our team. Candidates from both local and remote locations are invited to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Annual Valuation Reports
• Annual contribution calculations, including new comparability
• Determining eligibility and vesting
• Conducting Nondiscrimination, coverage, and top heavy tests
• Trust Accounting and Asset Reconciliation
• Preparing 5500, 5330, and 8955 Forms
• Calculating required minimum distributions
• Collaborating with multiple record-keepers
• Engaging with clients via phone and email
• Establishing and updating plan documents, including amendments, restatements, notices, SPD, SMM, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Defined Contribution Administration
• Proficiency in Datair, PensionPro, and Microsoft Office systems
• Familiarity with ERISA, DOL, and IRS regulations
• Ability to multitask with accuracy, dependability, integrity, and self-motivation
• Meeting deadlines promptly
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and attention to detail skills

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
