- Interpret engineering drawings, Product Inspection Plans (PIPs), and Work Instructions (AOPs).
- Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using key tools for inspecting mechanical and electrical components.
- Review quality-related documentation such as inspection reports and test records.
- Perform quality tests on products and materials using appropriate tools.
- Accurately document inspection results and deviations from standards.
- Enter inspection data into computer systems for documentation.
- Support production process quality audits.
- 3+ years of experience in electromechanical production or Quality Assurance.
- Ability to obtain US Government security clearance (restricted to U.S. citizens).
- Understanding of IPC 610 and J-STD-001.
- Knowledge of mechanical measurement techniques and tools.
- Experience with process audits and ASQ certifications.
