- Call customers daily to obtain payments and resolve Order to Cash issues.
- Working with sales team and understanding our customers are repeat customers and must be treated with respect so as not to damage relationships.
- Responsible for the daily follow up and collection activity for customer accounts: Mainly Maintenance and Open Order lines of business
- Prepare customer concessions and Legal/Collection packages and follow-up that documents are processed.
- Customer Account reconciliations – both internal and external customers
- Keep customer contact information, both phone numbers and email address, current in our systems
- Document all collection activities within JDE Account Activity Log (notes).
- Hold collection meetings with appropriate field reps monthly to resolve past due AR
- Problem solve to identify the best method to collect outstanding balances from the correct point of contact
- Follow all company policy and procedures.
- Must have excellent communication style in both written and verbal
- Experience collecting for high volume B2B AR portfolios (over 2,000 invoices on the monthly Trial Balance)
- Driven to perform well in fast-paced environment
