Your future. What to expect

You will manage and configure the HR Analytics architecture of the group (Workforce Analytics & Planning, Data Warehouse, and other functions)
You will plan and coordinate system adjustments tailored to country-specific requirements. This includes ensuring the release and product governance process, as well as the agile development of the HR Analytics infrastructure, including automation, workflows, etc.
You will work closely with Corporate HR at the holding level to drive standardization and harmonization of global HR metrics
In your role as a Data Engineer for the "Employee" data domain, you will support the implementation of Data Governance
You will advise stakeholders on process digitalization and change management
You will moderate workshops with international stakeholders (including in virtual settings)

You have successfully completed your studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on IT or Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
You have experience in (HR) Analytics, Data Management, Business Intelligence, as well as project and process management
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft 365 gives you an advantage
You are characterized by independent, structured, and solution-oriented work
