Your Responsibilities

Working in the OSS area with Service Assurance or Fault Management
System administration in Unix/Linux, with Shell/Perl scripting and databases (e.g. Oracle, SQL)
Negotiating, coordinating, updating, and adjusting SLAs (service concepts, support models, maintenance contracts) across departments
L2/L3 system administration support in Linux/Unix for incident management, change management, problem management, and service requests
Handling trouble tickets and communicating with multiple teams
Troubleshooting complex Linux and database issues
