Our Client:

For over 30 years, our client has been successfully running an engineering firm specializing in civil engineering. They are well-known in the region and have a loyal customer base. The company is known for its exceptional quality and customer-oriented approach.


Description:


Our client is looking for a Managing Director (m/f/d) with the ambition to take over the company in the near future.

You will receive intensive training and support during the takeover process. The current owner is also willing to provide long-term support if desired.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsibility in the areas of civil, structural, and road construction
  • Taking over planning, tendering, and construction management
  • Customer consultation and construction planning
  • Surveying work

Who You Are:


  • Completed degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in construction management or in an engineering firm is advantageous
  • Knowledge of VOB and HOAI
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
