Job Description:

Perform coordination of operational functions of the Safety Department under the general supervision of the Manager - Threat and Emergency Management.

Responsible for managing system communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures.

Their Disaster Management duties include drills (planning, coordinating, and facilitating), validation of department disaster plans, management of inventory, and supporting the Emergency Management Program.

The Coordinator position is for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, outgoing, friendly, and whose primary purpose is to provide operational and leadership support with a focus on both project management and maintaining the continuity of daily operations.

Employee must work in a positive and respectful manner with fellow employees, patients, and physicians.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree
Required:

Experience:

Three year's work experience in Health Care or Emergency Management
Required

Certification/Licensure:

ICS 300, 400, HSEEP
Preferred
Disaster Recovery Certificate (G270.4), Disaster Mitigation Certificate (G393)
Preferred
Emergency Planning (G235)
Preferred

Work Shift:
Exempt Days (Mon-Fri) (United States of America)

Pay Range:
$ $76.92

Hourly

Offer amounts are based on demonstrated/relevant experience and/or licensure.
