    The Operations Coordinator has a huge impact on the lives of residents and on the overall culture of the community. This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family Below is a picture of the impact the Operations Coordinator has and what being a difference maker looks like

    Responsible for providing administrative assistance and coordinating work orders for the Maintenance, Environmental Servies, Landscaping, and Community Patrol departments.

    With a commitment to excellence and sustainability, we strive to maintain our facility and grounds at the highest standards to support our operational needs. In this role, the operations coordinator is responsible for coordinating maintenance, landscaping, community patrol, and housekeeping assignments across our facilities, ensuring the effective functioning of equipment and the cleanliness and safety of our community. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections for equipment and facilities. This involves liaising with residents, staff, supervisors, and other relevant departments to ensure that assignments do not disrupt regular operations.
    • Allocate resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure timely completion of work orders.
    • Create, assign, and track work orders for departments and residents, prioritizing based on urgency and operational needs.
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and environmental services assignments, including work orders, equipment maintenance logs, and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all work orders.
    • Maintain purchase orders and code for maintenance, landscaping, community patrol, and housekeeping.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in maintenance operations.
    Candidates must possess at a minimum a high school diploma or G.E.D. College and/or secretarial training program are desirable. Experience with WorxHub and UKG would be beneficial, but not required. Must have at least three years of clerical/secretarial experience. Ability to type and use general office equipment is essential. Computer skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is required.
