    Physical Therapist

    Full-time, Part-time, or PRN - Home Care

    (Minimum of 15 visits per week and 3 weekdays of availability is required.)

    Ossining, NY 10562

    Quick Glance:

    This is a full-time, part-time, or PRN Physical Therapist position to perform outpatient therapy within home-based settings in the Ossining, NY area. All billed as Medicare Part B. We're looking for someone who has the availability to see a minimum of 15 visits per week. If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability. Full-time is also available and is preferred. The PT hired will work with the geriatric population.

    Overview:

    The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary therapy team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients in the homes of older adults. This salaried position includes a generous benefits package & the opportunity for overtime pay

    Job Requirements:

  • Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
  • Eligibility for New York state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • A vehicle is required for this position.
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 15 visits per week.
  • If PRN / Per Diem, the candidate hired will perform ongoing 1-on-1 direct patient care. Regular and consistent weekly availability is required, which includes 3 weekdays of availability.
  • Professionalism, accuracy, and dependability are essential
  • Passion and enthusiasm to provide creative evidence-based care
  • New Grads will be supported and mentored.
  • For candidates interested in PRN / Per Diem, some prior work experience is required.
