We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapists (PT) to join our professional team at Sigma Health Rehab.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong background in Physical Therapy (PT), and a passion for improving the lives of our patients.

*PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Responsibilities Include:

• Assessing patients in need of rehabilitation services
• Providing direct patient care to evaluate their medical condition and functional capabilities.
• Establishing and administering treatment programs with specific goals based on patients' capacity and tolerance, under the direction of a physician.
• Setting realistic goals for patients
• Documenting and recording the patient's condition and progress.
• Educating patients and their families in appropriate physical therapy methods

*PHYSICAL THERAPIST (PT) Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy college or university.
• Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of practice.
• The Physical Therapist is responsible for overseeing and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Experience with long-term care and/or geriatric care is preferred but not limited to.
• Well versed with documentation writing
