What we offer you:
- An exciting training program where you will spend some time in different departments of the company to familiarize yourself with all products and tasks.
- Your responsibilities will include sales, complete order processing, accounting, materials management, general administration, and marketing.
- To get to know the product and our production, every new employee will spend a few weeks at the beginning working in all areas of production. There is also the possibility of working in the field as part of the assembly team.
- For outstanding performance, you will have the opportunity to travel to one of our partner companies abroad and work there for 4 weeks. We, as a young and modern company, value a good atmosphere and team cohesion.
What we expect from you:
- A good secondary education with already good knowledge of working with computers.
- Technical understanding and the ability to understand basic business relationships are among your strengths.
- We expect you to have a confident demeanor, be friendly, ambitious, committed, and a team player. You will fit in with us if you are careful, punctual, and precise. You should have no problem organizing yourself and working in a team. We also expect a high level of initiative and willingness to learn. Ideally, you should be proficient in common MS Office programs.
