    This position is an exempt salaried position, with main hours of 8am to 3:30 pm, and occasional evening hours. You will be a part of the school's administrative team with your primary roll being to handle all student enrollment duties. You must adhere to a strict enrollment process that we have already established, and be able to multi-task and follow a step-by-step system to remain organized. There is little room for error with this position, but you will have training and support You must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating, problem solving, and willing to learn laws and regulations regarding enrollment in public schools. Must be courteous, customer-service oriented and confident speaking to parents and guardians interested in the school. Giving tours to potential families and ensuring that new students have everything they need once they start with us is a high priority for this position.
    • Associates Degree is preferred (will consider individuals with background in data entry, customer service and computer skills)
    • Computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Drive)
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail (this is a MUST)
    • Office and secretarial experience (faxes, phones, copiers, etc)
    • Proven ability to follow policies, protocols, and procedures.
    The ideal candidate will also have great interpersonal skills and enjoy a work-balance of analytical tasks requiring careful concentration as well as creative tasks requiring out-of-the-box thinking.

    Minimum Requirements:
    • Child Abuse, State Police, and FBI Fingerprint Clearances (Current within the last year)
    • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a dynamic team environment.
    • Proficient to Mastery on computer programs, such as Microsoft Office.
    • Proven project management and time management skills.
    • Proven ability to follow policies, procedures, and protocols important to the position.
    • Interest or experience in graphic design, pr, marketing, and/or advertising.
    • Experience working with Adobe programs is a huge plus.
