Who We Are
Ember ABA is an ABA therapeutic center and a private school for those impacted by Autism Spectrum Disorder. We provide full-time, all-year-round ABA and educational services to clients aged 5 to 21.

Our RBTs work under the close supervision of BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement programs and services that help our clients work towards the best version of themselves.

Who We Are Looking For

Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized treatment goals under the supervision of BCBAs and BCaBAs
• Provide direct 1:1 to 3:1 services to clients
• Monitor program progress with data collection and record maintenance
• Work with clients of all ages, varied across the spectrum
• Create program materials
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with parents/guardians, other therapists, coworkers, etc.
• Track supervision hours and renew RBT certification yearly as required
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Driver's License (required)

High School Diploma (required)

RBT Certification (required)

CPR Certification (required)

Ability to Pass Level 2 Background Check (required)

1 to 2 Years Experience (preferred)
