    Description
    • Lead the visual design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring consistency and excellence in design across digital products and platforms.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate business requirements and user needs into elegant, user-friendly designs.
    • Utilize Figma and InVision to create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive experiences that effectively communicate design concepts and functionality.
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning within the design team.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual design, user experience, and interaction design, and incorporate them into design processes and deliverables.
    • Advocate for design excellence and user-centric design principles throughout the organization, championing the importance of design in achieving business goals and enhancing user satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback, iterate on designs, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives, while also contributing to the evolution and improvement of design processes and workflows.
