    Responsibilities Social Services/Activities Director:
    • Develop and oversee social services and activities programs for residents
    • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
    • Coordinate and plan engaging and therapeutic activities
    • Promote a sense of community and well-being among residents
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of residents
    • Maintain accurate documentation and records
    Qualifications Social Services/Activities Director:
    • Prior experience in a Social Services/Activities Director role in a healthcare setting
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Creativity and enthusiasm for planning and conducting activities
    • Knowledge of regulations and best practices in long-term care
    • Solid computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Office
