    Description

    Your area of responsibility:
    Create new ideas / suggestions and improve process, equipment and machine features for both lot and project based environmentsLiaising with design, production and technical departments to ensure smooth integration of new equipment and products into full production and existing machine portfolioExecution of hazard analysis and risk assessment according to CE regulationsDefining of spare and wear partsIdentifying deficiencies/weaknesses (with supporting data and calculations) in processes/components and developing improvementsMeeting with business management, Sales, Assembly, internal R&D members, Procurement and suppliers to discuss product ideasCreating design projects and specifications sheets including test instructions for new process/parts implemented5S activities are carried out at own workspace frequently & practised throughout relevant R&D officesPresenting product designs/prototypes to management, Sales or customerOverseeing the engineering of product prototypesDevelopment and distribution of Engineering Change Notice (ECN) to all relevant department or personnelTesting & documenting prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and longevityAct as internal project manager for development/evaluation projects when and if assigned toYou convince us with:Strong background in manufacturing / semiconductor industryExperience in engineering / quality tools, like QFD, Q mapping, FMEA, statistics analysis (DOE, SPC etc), good technical knowledge and trouble shooting skillsGood command of MS Office and MS ProjectPossess good written and verbal communication skillsAnalyze technical / process tasks and develop creative and cost-conscious solutionsIndependent, hardworking and possess the right initiativesPractice-oriented, aim / goal oriented, ability to work under pressureAssertiveness, distinct organizing skills, professional team spirit
