Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team. As an Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations and ensuring that operations run smoothly.

This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication skills, strong budgeting abilities, and the ability to effectively manage a team.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise multiple locations within the assigned area
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Train, mentor, and motivate store managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process for new store managers
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional strategies and pricing initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across all locations

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong budgeting skills with the ability to analyze financial data
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of market trends and ability to make datadriven decisions
  • Proficiency in math for inventory management purposes
  • Familiarity with pointofsale (POS) systems for sales tracking purposes
  • Experience in conducting interviews and hiring new employees

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
