Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Assist customers with placing orders, making reservations, and providing product information
  • Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow food handling and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic environment
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience:


  • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred
  • Sales experience is a plus
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing

The pay rate is base on tips plus $3.00 hour Salary.
