- Pull orders and ensure all jobs are loaded correctly
- Manage and organize the warehouse, including inventory, products, and packing materials
- Receive and inspect incoming products for order accuracy and quality standards
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and document all movement of products in and out of the warehouse
- Pack and unpack products for shipping and/or storage
- Keep the warehouse and yard clean and orderly
- Operate a CNC router
- Welding (depending on candidate's capabilities)
- Meet safety, productivity and quality standards set by Superior Fence & Rail
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or in the fencing industry
- Knowledge of inventory management and shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 80 pounds
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Possess valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation
- Forklift experience and license preferred
- Be detail-oriented and customer-focused with a stable job history
- Have critical thinking skills
- Have warehouse or residential construction experience (i.e. fencing, framing, carpentry)
- Have solid organization/time-management skills with a positive attitude
- Be motivated and work independently with limited supervision

Job DescriptionSalary: $20-$25/hourSuperior Fence & Rail of Minneapolis is an industry leader seeking an experienced full-time seasonal Warehouse Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in inventory management, shipping and receiving, and packing and unpacking products and is able to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. A typical work week is Monday to Friday from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm with occasional overtime as needed. Pay starts at $20-$25 per hour (based on experience).
