  • Professional and organizational leadership, guidance and motivation of the associated team
  • Control, planning and monitoring of operational processes from supply control to picking and packaging of small parts
  • Interface and first point of contact for the foreman and assigned employees
  • Representation of the other shift leaders in the overall warehouse area
  • Coordination with upstream and downstream departments such as goods receipt and other warehouse areas
  • Identification of potential for improvement and optimization

Your profile. What you bring to the table

  • Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics (warehouse specialist, warehouse logistics specialist or equivalent)
  • First experience in leading employees
  • Teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with people
  • Experience with ERP systems and WM systems desirable
  • Forklift license required, crane license desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours (day shift)
