    Description

    We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, oversees accounts payable & receivable, and supporting the financial operations of our organization.     salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, and adjustments.
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
    • Assist with month-end close processes.
    • Oversees accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
    • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
    • Work closely with internal departments to provide financial support and analysis
    • Assist with audit preparation and coordination.
