Automotive Parts Counterperson/ Wholesale Representative / Mercedes-Benz/Sprinter**
Mercedes-Benz of Orange County, which opened in 2018 as a brand new facility, is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Parts Advisor to join the ever-growing team.
We have an immediate opening for a Wholesale Parts Representative/ Parts Counterperson.
Mercedes-Benz of Orange County is powered by Benzel-Busch, a family owned business that has been in operation since 1964. Awarded the "Mercedes-Benz Employee Choice Award."
Responsibilities as a Parts Advisor:

You will be responsible for providing vehicle parts and merchandise to internal and external customers while providing exceptional customer service:

Will lead in the growth of the wholesale parts business:
-
Engage with new and existing wholesale customers by conducting shop visits:
-
Must be able to work in a Team environment:
-
Assist with daily inventory, receiving, stocking and shipping:
-
Maintain product knowledge of Mercedes Benz/Sprinter vehicle components:
-
Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items:
-
Provide exceptional service to all internal and external customers and vendors
:

Professional phone skills and ability to advise customers of the appropriate parts to purchase.
Qualifications:

A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service:

Must be able to work flexible work schedules including Saturdays:

Knowledge of basic automotive components and systems:

Prior Parts Advisor, Counterperson experience necessary:
-
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment:

Wholesale/Commercial experience is a plus:
-
Automotive dealership service experience is a plus:
-
Strong organizational skills and detail oriented:
-
German Automotive Experience is a plus
