We are seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to join our team

Benefits:

Pay rate: $28$30/hr based on experience
Paid holidays (14) and School Breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring)

Minimum Requirements:

12 years experience in a K5 setting

Available Monday

Friday, 40 hours per week (7:30am
4:00pm)

OR (10:30am-7:00pm)

Commitment to social justice, youth leadership and development
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Be able to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders
Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:

Supervising morning program/ lunch recess program OR lunch recess program/ afterschool program
Assist the Site Coordinator in all aspects of the daytoday operation of the program at the school site.
Assume the roles and responsibilities of the Site Coordinator in their absence.
Support Site Coordinator in supervision and safety of the program
Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom and on the campus
