We are seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to join our team


Benefits:


  • Pay rate: $28$30/hr based on experience

Minimum Requirements:

  • 12 years experience in a K5 setting


  • Available Monday

  • Friday, 40 hours per week (7:30am
  • 4:00pm)
OR (10:30am-7:00pm)

  • Commitment to social justice, youth leadership and development
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Be able to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:


  • Supervising morning program/ lunch recess program OR lunch recess program/ afterschool program
  • Assist the Site Coordinator in all aspects of the daytoday operation of the program at the school site.
  • Assume the roles and responsibilities of the Site Coordinator in their absence.
  • Support Site Coordinator in supervision and safety of the program
  • Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
  • Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom and on the campus
