Description
We are seeking an Assistant Site Coordinator to join our teamBenefits:
- Pay rate: $28$30/hr based on experience
- Paid holidays (14) and School Breaks (Thanksgiving, Winter, Spring)

Minimum Requirements:
- 12 years experience in a K5 setting
- Available Monday
- Friday, 40 hours per week (7:30am
- 4:00pm)
- Commitment to social justice, youth leadership and development
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
- Be able to communicate openly and effectively with all stakeholders
- Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple priorities and strict deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising morning program/ lunch recess program OR lunch recess program/ afterschool program
- Assist the Site Coordinator in all aspects of the daytoday operation of the program at the school site.
- Assume the roles and responsibilities of the Site Coordinator in their absence.
- Support Site Coordinator in supervision and safety of the program
- Create, plan, and facilitate engaging enrichment and physical activities for students
- Promote a safe and positive emotional climate in the classroom and on the campus
