Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Accepting and processing timesensitive transports both domestically and internationally
- Conducting price calculations in coordination with sales
- Creating customs and export documents
- Generating electronic freight documents
- Monitoring transit times and deadlines through tracking, as well as evaluating for performance assessment
- Customer support
- Processing incoming customer orders
Your qualifications:
- Completed training as a freight forwarder or comparable education
- Previous experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Diligent, independent, and reliable work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Good written and spoken German skills
- Familiarity with the Rhein-Main area is a plus
