Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to drive store sales and achieve targets
  • Train, coach, and mentor employees on effective sales techniques
  • Conduct employee orientation and ensure staff compliance with company policies
  • Manage store inventory, including ordering and restocking products
  • Monitor market trends and adjust store operations accordingly
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints

Pay:
$62, $70,000.00 per year

  • Retail management: 5 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:
