As the Dock Manager, you'll ensure our fleet remains shipshape, and our members receive the red-carpet treatment they deserve.

Responsibilities:


Crew Leadership:
Hire, train, and lead our dock staff to deliver top-notch service at all club locations.


Schedule Optimization:
Craft weekly staff schedules to maximize efficiency, ensuring a minimum of 30 hours per week for yourself.


Member Satisfaction:
Analyze member feedback and implement improvements to enhance their experience.


Operational Excellence:
Ensure adherence to best practices outlined in our dock manual for consistent service quality.


VIP Treatment:
Establish meet and greet procedures to give members VIP treatment from boarding to disembarking.


Maintenance Management:
Follow a routine cleaning schedule for our fleet and coordinate with the Fleet Manager for maintenance needs.


Customer Correspondence:
Handle member inquiries and issues, including complaints, fuel disputes, and dock charges.

Inventory Oversight:
Maintain adequate supply levels at your locations and manage weekly paperwork submissions.


Fuel Management:
Track fuel logs and vessel fueling, ensuring efficient usage and procurement.


Community Engagement:
Foster positive relationships with local marina managers and harbor masters.


Local Expertise:
Familiarize yourself with surrounding waterways and popular boating destinations.


Membership Development:
Ensure dock staff follows protocol for prospective members, incentivizing their efforts.


Member Satisfaction:
Above all, keep our boats clean and our members happy


Qualifications:

Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a marine environment, but not a must.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
