Description
As Tower Sealant's Commercial Products Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's commercial product lines in the construction building supply channel. You will lead the development and implementation of sales, marketing, customer, and product development strategies for this new segment of Tower's business. Collaborating with key stakeholders such as Paint Channel Sales Directors and the VP of Sales and Marketing, you will analyze data, execute marketing campaigns, and oversee field tactics.
This position entails hiring and managing national manufacturers' rep teams, setting objectives and strategies to ensure sales goals are achieved. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Tower Sealant's growth and success.
CORE FUNCTIONS:QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred qualifications include a university degree in marketing or business studies, or a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in the construction industry. The role demands problem-solving and analytical skills, strong leadership abilities, and expertise in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent communication skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are essential.
