An AM Law 200 firm is in search of a mid/senior-level associate to join its Private Funds practice in New York.

37 years of experience advising established and emerging fund sponsors on the formation of private investment funds, separate accounts, and other investment vehicles.
Strong academic qualifications from a reputable law school.

The starting base salary for this position is from $260,000 to $420,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, relevant experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
