At the Ratswiese 3 Hearing and Speech Therapy Center in Columbus, OH, we are looking for a
Speech Therapist; Breathing, Speaking, and Voice Teacher (m/f/d) to start on June 1, 2024.


Job Description:


  • Area of responsibility: Speech therapy groups with responsibility for 10 children
  • Individual therapy and group activities
  • General language support in everyday situations
  • Collaboration with parents
  • Creating development reports and documentation
  • Commitment and cooperative planning and action in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
  • Regular team meetings

Working hours: 27.00 hours/week

Requirements:


  • Professional and methodological competence in the field of child language
  • Independent work
  • Competent contact person for parents
  • Openness and teamwork
  • Empathy, fun, and patience in dealing with children with speech disorders and special behavioral characteristics
  • Trustful collaboration and good communication skills in working with families
  • Knowledge of internal child protection and ยง8a SGBVIII
