_Hummingbird Counseling is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Women's Mental Health Counselor to join our team.

What you will do:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with women to address a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, and life transitions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to facilitate healing and growth.
• Foster a therapeutic alliance built on trust, empathy, and respect, creating a safe and nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal, ethical, and payor standards.
• Stay informed about current developments and best practices in the field of women's mental health through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Your Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a mental health counselor, marriage and family therapist, or clinical social worker in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience providing counseling or therapy services to women.
• Strong understanding of women's issues and a commitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive assessments, formulating diagnoses, and developing treatment plans.
• Uphold the highest standards of ethics, professionalism, and confidentiality in all aspects of job performance.
