Description:

• Prioritize safety by adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance safe practices within the solar site.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on PV inverters, combiner boxes, solar panels, and other components.
• Replace or install hardware, PV modules, inverters, monitoring equipment, and any other necessary components.
• Conduct electrical testing using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and established procedures.
• Prepare reports as needed to comply with O&M contracts.
• Assist with all aspects of preventative and corrective maintenance under minimal supervision.
• Maintain adherence to company policies, quality standards, environmental health, and safety practices.
• Use equipment and resources according to company instructions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Utility-Scale Solar
• NFPA 70e training
• Experience with PV system site inspection, installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics, technical manuals, procedures, and regulations
• Strong knowledge in electrical systems and commercial solar spaces
• Strong safety mindset, work ethic, and communication skills
