Position Overview:


As the Marketing Manager at Aprés Nail, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand's marketing strategies.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing efforts align with our business objectives and drive brand visibility and sales for our products and services.


Your responsibilities will include developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns, managing the marketing budget, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing return on investment.

You will also monitor industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure the successful execution of projects.


This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a track record of success in brand marketing.

You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable to change, and have a passion for staying updated on the latest industry developments, including social media and paid advertising/search strategies.

Responsibilities:


  • Shape Aprés Nail's marketing strategies and execute campaigns
  • Collaborate with teams to align marketing with business objectives
  • Develop innovative ideas for campaigns and materials
  • Execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales
  • Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI
  • Monitor competitors and identify growth opportunities
  • Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance
  • Manage relationships with vendors and agencies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and developments, including social media and paid advertising/search
  • Collaborate on seasonal marketing initiatives
  • Manage content for various marketing channels, including social media platforms
  • Devise launch strategies for new brands and promotions
  • Manage experiential marketing activations
  • Collaborate with internal and external marketing counterparts
  • Manage event budgets and provide recaps
  • Advocate for Aprés Nail in the industry and marketplace

Requirements:


Qualifications:


  • 46 years of experience in brand marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills for timely execution
  • Proven track record in developing marketing plans and social media campaigns
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, evolving environment
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and collaboration skills
  • Ability to identify priorities and execute with urgency

Salary range $130k-$140k
