What You'll Do
The Service Operations Coordinator is a key member of the team working alongside our Service Operations Supervisor and Service Manager to deliver unparalleled customer satisfaction.
Manage incoming calls from customers and internal departments
Schedule and dispatch Service Technicians to service appointments
Coordinate daily workload, priorities, and routing for technicians
Provide customer updates, follow-ups, and appointment confirmations
Make outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance visits
Process service work orders and prepare invoices
Assist with purchasing materials, parts, and tools for technicians
Support accounts receivable and collections tasks
Perform general administrative duties and assist with special projects
Who You Are
We're looking for a team player who is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
2+ years of experience in administrative support, service coordination, dispatch, or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office setting
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Experience using accounting or service management systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Positive attitude, team player, and proactive problem solver
