Group, Inc, a custom antique reproduction furniture and decor manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Assistant to join our team.

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing department in various tasks to help achieve our company's marketing goals.

This role involves assisting with marketing campaigns, conducting market research, managing social media platforms, and providing administrative support for our marketing consultant.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing reports and insights to the marketing team.
• Coordinate and organize marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and promotional activities.
• Assist in the creation and editing of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations.
• Support the marketing consultant in day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and design, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (internship or work experience) in marketing or a related role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the marketing field.

Compensation
The salary range is between $43,100 and $54,000 and is based on experience.
