Hiring:
General Manager


Location:
Washington, DC


The
General Manager delegates appropriately and effectively to both develop and empower the next generation of restaurant leaders, ensuring a healthy pipeline of promotable Managers and Assistant General Managers.


Requirements and Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent education (GED), required
  • Must have 35 years General Manager experience
  • Must be certified in all hourly positions and pass manager training within allotted time and have completed any additional training with regards to the Restaurant Manager position
  • Understanding of basic computer and internet navigation skills, required
  • Must demonstrate understanding of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures and can coach and teach their team
  • Must pass a background and credit check
  • Flexibility to work different job functions, shifts, overtime
  • Must be able to work at any restaurant within region from a food/ alcohol licensing and transportation perspective.
