Job Overview
Teaches, facilitates, collaborates and mentors teams on all things Agile, helping to optimize practices within the organization. Individual Contributor who coordinates and coaches. Provides knowledge and expertise around Agile, coaches key roles in the organization to be self-sufficient in day to day operations and practices and coaches for enterprise wide transformations.

Job Responsibilities:

Partners with Agile Coaches and Agile Leadership to facilitate large scale Agile transformations and complex Agile delivery.

Partners closely with VPs/Senior Leadership and roles to establish agile routines and practices that transform the organization toward BDD/TDD, CI/CD. Is expected to have the technology acumen to lead excellent coding practices at all levels including mentoring developers when necessary.

Demonstrates ability to be thought leader in Agile framework and methodology.

Teaches, mentors and coaches teams in Agile practices while building a culture where Agile teams can thrive. Trains leaders and teams at all levels of the organization to help them understand and articulate the benefits of being Agile.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

More than 10 years Experience of acting as an Agile Coach in a technology based environment. (Required)

7-10 years Agile Expert. Experience in designing and executing large scale organizational transformations. (Required)

Experience of agile Coach and Trusted Advisor. (Preferred)
