What You'll Do

  • Manage technical and organizational aspects of projects on-site in collaboration with the project manager
  • Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers as the main point of contact on the construction site
  • Ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality completion of project goals as outlined in the project contract
  • Provide leadership and supervision to installation personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with regulations (such as technical standards and workplace safety)

What You'll Need

  • Trade certification or equivalent qualification with several years of experience as a lead installer
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Extensive knowledge of VOB regulations
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Initiative, self-motivation, and dedication
  • Valid driver's license
