About The Role:
We're seeking a diligent QC Checker to join our expanding Quality team based in Sugar Notch, PA.
Pay $17 per hour
Main Responsibilities:

Quality Control Checks: Work within our QC team to ensure all products undergo thorough quality control checks prior to packing and dispatch. This includes verifying product type, color, size, edge banding, frontal, fittings, and other accessories.

100% Inspection: Ensure every unit is checked 100% before shipment to maintain our high-quality standards.

Product Identification: Identify different manufactured pieces and designs accurately.

Quality Issue Reporting: Monitor and report any quality issues to management promptly.

Minor Repairs: Carry out minor repairs on any defective pieces in line with quality standards.

Rework Reduction: Help reduce the overall number of reworks and rejects on the assembly lines.

Daily Toolbox Talks: Attend and actively engage in daily quality toolbox talks to discuss ongoing issues and projects.

Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance against quality check sheets, fill them in accurately, and recognize any trending patterns.

Manufacturing Support: Offer support to the manufacturing teams as required to maintain high-quality standards.
About You:
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
- Warehouse experience (Advantageous)
- Organizational skills
- Time management
- Flexibility, commitment, and punctuality
- Good understanding of raw materials, manufactured products/units, and boughtin stock
