To strengthen our team in
Hannover, we are currently looking for several Shift Leaders (m/f/d) for our control center at the earliest possible date.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WITH US:


  • Managing resources in the control center during shifts and briefing/debriefing all involved parties
  • Keeping a shift report and documenting operational events
  • Responsibility for final processing and control of quality data, statistics, and other records
  • Monitoring operational train and shunting traffic and managing any deviations (e.g. train driver absence, train delays, track closures, etc.)
  • Ensuring punctuality and quality standards in accordance with applicable dispatch guidelines
  • Demandoriented vehicle dispatch considering technical and safety requirements
  • Incident management and event processing
  • Organizing replacement measures in case of deviations from standard technology
  • Dispatch personnel planning (outside of personnel coordinator's working hours)
  • Dispatch vehicle planning in coordination with vehicle maintenance
  • Implementation of guidelines from the Safety Management System (SMS)

YOUR PROFILE - THIS IS HOW YOU MOVE US:

  • Relevant work experience as an employee (m/f/d) in an operations control center, preferably in a railway company
  • Railwayspecific experience is desirable
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Teamwork skills and experience in communication and high social competence
  • Ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
  • Flexibility and aboveaverage commitment
  • Ability to think and act in a processoriented manner
  • Assertiveness and resilience
