Functions in a lead consultant role or as a technical specialist
May provide technical guidance over a group on consulting engagements
May manage and supervise a team and associated resources
May manage efforts from prospect to deliverable
Demonstrates capabilities with minimal supervision
Leads the production of multiple studies of comprehensive scope in practice area
Manages scope, schedule, and budget
Coordinates and prepares client deliverable

Coordination:
. Actively coordinates with all internal/external team members
Communicates client interests and drivers to project team members and develops approaches to accommodate these concerns
Directs and coordinates consultant/specialist team in practice area on study assignments
Leads business development or pursuit activities
Manages development of comprehensive practice area proposals
May manage client relationships
