Job Purpose:
The Swim Lesson Admin has the responsibility of administrating all Swim lessons. Evaluating and directly training swim lesson instructors. The Swim Lesson Admin maintains member satisfaction by developing and defining programs for all the swim lessons.
Essential Job Results:
Responsibilities and duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensures quality service to the members and staff by answering questions, offering solutions to problem areas, and directing to appropriate departments for answers.
- Coordinate registrations by developing and recording enrollment; marketing classes for private and group lessons.
- Inspects all pools and pool decks by visual and physical inspections for safety, and cleanliness.
- Maintains smooth operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing department and club policies and procedures.
- Follows club policies by awareness and training of staff in, safety, and customer service.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by remaining current with trends in the industry. Supervise and evaluate swim lessons
- Contributes to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Be a team player and support Club objectives by working well with management and all departments and staff.
Authority Level:
Discipline Aquatics Staff. Authorize refunds on lessons. Enforce Club rules and policies. Call 911, Administer CPR/AED and First Aid
Physical Demands of Position:
Long periods of standing, hearing, listening, seeing and writing. Full body movement for swim instruction. Exposure to varied weather conditions. Answering phones. Advanced numerical and grammatical aptitude.
Education/ Background Requirements:
Current certifications in First Aid, CPR, AED, Skills to include leadership, communication, program management, program promotion, program planning.

$ $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 33.75 per week
