    Leprino Foods - Senior Network Solution Architect

    Location: Denver, CO, US

    Job Functions: Information Technology

    Description:
    Leprino Foods is looking for a Senior Network Solution Architect to join our Corporate Information Technology team in Denver. We are on a mission to deliver top-tier dairy products globally, striving to be the world's best through innovation and excellence in all aspects of our work.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Design, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN networks with a focus on security and performance.
    - Drive network modernization projects to improve connectivity across all sites.
    - Collaborate with IT Security to enhance network defenses against evolving threats.
    - Manage telecommunications solutions to maximize efficiency for stakeholders.
    - Oversee vendor relationships for competitive pricing and service quality.
    - Lead a team of network engineers, providing mentorship and support.
    - Monitor network performance and address issues promptly.
    - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate network technology with business applications.
    - Develop and enforce network security policies in line with industry best practices.
    - Represent the networking function at Change Advisory Board meetings.

    Required Qualifications:
    - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
    - Minimum 10 years of experience leading teams in enterprise networking.
    - Cisco CCNP and CCNA certifications.
    - Proficiency in managing sizable Cisco Core Enterprise Networks.
    - Ability to work on a hybrid office/home schedule.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Expertise in Enterprise Wireless Architecture and Routing.
    - CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure Certification.
    - Master's degree in a relevant field.
