About the position

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on onsite equipment at client locations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities on company handheld including repairs performed, parts replaced, and equipment history to facilitate tracking and analysis of equipment performance.
• Ensure equipment receives scheduled preventative maintenance to operate properly and without interruption to the client.
• Prepares machines for installation at accounts
• Install company equipment at customer locations and educate client contacts on daily maintenance and upkeep procedures.
• Respond to dispatch calls for machine repairs using companyowned vehicles.
• Visually inspects and troubleshoots machines to determine causes of malfunctions and potential resolutions.
• Inspects parts to detect wear;, removes and replaces worn or defective parts; repairs broken parts; realigns and adjusts components; tests machine operation following repair.
• Maintain parts and equipment inventory in company warehouse and on designated vehicle
• Complete daily service report and submit to Service Dispatcher and Service Manager

Requirements:

• Valid and current driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in customer service required.
• 2+ years in technical field service role
• Ability to manage daily schedule and work independently Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to lift 5090lbs
• Experience in installing and repairing commercial water and coffee equipment preferred.
• Experience in customer service required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or related experience or equivalent.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
