The location is looking for individuals who are able to keep up with a fast paced environment
and provide super customer service that caters to our clientele's inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Make drinks (bubble tea / fruit tea/ brewed tea...)
• Take orders and process orders. Proficiently operate POS system and catering services.
• Provide informative solutions to customer questions about our products.
• Preparation (cutting fruits purees, cooking bubble, brewing tea, and making toppings)
• Clean the working station thoroughly before, during and after order
• Follow the store's protocols for management, scheduling, opening and closing.
• Work well as a team player in order to create a cohesive workflow.
• Attention to details.
• Strong Customer service skills.
• Maintain a clean workspace by washing utensils, scrubbing counters & other areas,

throwing the trash, and mopping the floor.


Skills:

• Previous bubble tea or coffee shop experience a plus

Qualifications:

• Longterm employment
• Food licensed preferred, but not required;
• Reliable and teamworker;
• Spanish speaker a plus;
