The Medical Director will work closely with Advanced Nurse Practitioners, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to oversee all aspects of healthcare delivery.
QualificationsMedical degree and board certification in a relevant fieldExperience in Medicine, with specialty knowledge in general medicineAbility to work well with physicians and other healthcare professionalsStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of Department of Corrections policies and proceduresExperience in correctional healthcare is preferred
